CargoControl
The problem
Bulk cargo discharge was tracked on paper and radio calls; discrepancies between port and industry surfaced weeks late, if ever.
The outcome
Used on real discharges — largest single shipment tracked: 48,427 t (MV JAY).
What we built
- Flutter field apps (single-vessel and multi-vessel) with offline-tolerant capture, Google Maps and FCM.
- .NET + PostgreSQL API and a Next.js portal for history and reporting.
- Per-trip port↔industry reconciliation with validation workflows.
